Bystander intervention is now considered one of the effective ways to prevention harassment in the workplace.  This Spanish language version of the course will teach your employees how and when to intervene when they witness harassment.

Bystander intervention changes an organization's culture.  The workplace becomes a place where harassment is not accepted.  Future harassers will realize that their co-workers will speak up if they witness harassment and will think twice before harassing an individual in the workplace.
