Would I Work for Me? - This leadership video is the manufacturing/industrial version of Would I Follow Me? It features the same training but in a blue-collar environment.
The Front of the Class - This leadership classic follows a young manager who is struggling in his new position as he seeks out his old grade school teacher for advice on his new job. She takes him through the basics of leadership, which he uses to excel in his new job. This show is an inspiring take on leadership.
Leadership Pickles - Bob Farrell of Farrell's ice cream parlor fame stars in this video about leadership. Farrell talks about enthusiasm, confidence and integrity in the same folksy style that made his customer service video famous. Farrell's enthusiasm is contagious and he will inspire your new leaders to success.
After All, You're the Supervisor - In this program a newly promoted leader has the unenviable job of now supervising his old colleagues. Fortunately, he has a seasoned boss who helps him through the transition. Soon, he has gotten the hang of it and is on the road to become an effective leader.
Managing Me - The host of this leadership DVD struggles with the urge to act emotionally with his gut in difficult situations, but soon finds that reason is the best way to handle the problems that occur in his leadership role.
