Think Twice II

Think Twice II takes a shocking look into the world of insider trading and is a must-have part of any ethics training program for upper-level employees. The program was produced with assistance from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Division, members of the members of the Northeast Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association and notable legal experts.
