Loss and grief are a part of life, and something that every person and business will have to deal with at some time. Helping a team member cope with his or her grief is key to a positive and productive work environment.

This important training video tells the story of a man who has returned to work after an absence, and explores his co-workers’ insecurity as to how to relate to him. When young mailroom employee finds the time and courage to ask the man about his absence, we learn the value of honest communications.
