Leadership is a quality we all recognize, although it sometimes appears to be in short supply. It may appear that some leaders have an inherent gift, the truth is that leadership skills are usually, like competitive athletics, nurtured and exercised at the lower echelons of an organization.
This leadership training video can be helpful in defining leadership qualities and approaches. It examines different leadership traits, including directing, influencing, collaborating and delegating.
