Questions About Rentals

Could you explain how your rental time period works?

Most rentals are for 7 calendar or 5 business days, although some can be rented for 30-days. The time period is time in your hands. In other words, shipping time is never included in the rental time period. The rental starts on the day you request it to arrive and ends the day you send it back. We allow 4-5 days shipping time for the rental to be returned.

Will I be charged for a late or lost rental?

Yes. If the rental is not returned in a reasonable time period you will be charged for an extra weeks rental or for the full cost of the video/dvd if the rental charges exceed the cost of the product. If the rental is lost, you will be responsible for the full cost of the video/dvd, except if the product is lost by the shipper (ie UPS, Fedex) and you have a tracking number to prove it.

What comes with a rental?

The same support materials that some with a purchase come with a rental with one exception. If the purchase copy comes with multiple participant materials most likely a rental will come with only 1 of each of the different participant materials.

If I rent a program and then decide to buy it can I apply the rental cost towards the purchase cost.

Yes. Usually this needs to be done within 30-days of the last day of your rental time period.

What if I order a rental and there is a scheduling change at the last minute?

If you let us know right away we will reschedule the rental for another day without an additional charge.
