Benjamin Zander is the british-born conductor of the Boston Philharmonic
Orchestra. His career in music is both long and impressive, but recently
he has focused his sites on leadership and attitude learning and development.
Ben has produced two training films -
Leadership An Art of Possibility and
Attitude Radiating Possibility. Both of these

use the backdrop of a corporate seminar where Ben has invited several music
students to participate. He shows enthusiastic leadership skills in
working with the students to further the learning. His spirit is
contagious and he will have you laughing and inspired by the time the film is
finished.
A Cellist by trade, Zander got his start writing music at 9 and he became the
youngest member of the British Youth Orchestra at the age of 12. He
currently lives in Cambridge MA and works as both a conductor, teacher and
corporate speaker.
